Esperanza is a healthcare services facilitator, not a hospital.
Diagnosis, treatment decisions, and medical outcomes remain between patient and clinician.
Esperanza is not responsible for:
Clinical outcomes between doctors & patients
Post-treatment complications
Non-compliance by patients
Misrepresentation by patients
Improper use of products or plans
4. Independent Practitioner Model
Clinicians, therapists, psychologists, dietitians and physiotherapists may operate as independent professionals.
Esperanza is not liable for disputes, claims, or outcomes between patient & practitioner.
5. No Liability for Outcomes
No program guarantees:
Cure
Transformation
Pain relief
Weight loss
Facial sculpting changes
Mental health improvements
Results vary by case.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
✔ Follow professional instructions
✔ Provide accurate medical data
✔ Disclose allergies & contraindications
✔ Attend scheduled sessions
✔ Make timely payments
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
Bookings are confirmed in advance.
No-shows are chargeable.
No refunds under any circumstance.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, manuals, frameworks, dashboards, content, programs and materials are proprietary.
Users may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Resell
Reverse engineer
Repackage
Publicly distribute
9. Governing Law
Governed under the laws of India.
